Dragan Nešić was born in 1954 in Krusevac. Graduated physics at the Faculty of Mathematics in Sarajevo. He is a member of ULUS (Painter’s section). Participated in over 400 exhibitions and projects in: Brazil, Uruguay, USA, Spain, Canada, France, The Netherlands, Italy, Hungary, Japan, Argentina, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Chile, The Ukraine, Belarus, Egypt, Indonesia and Yugoslavia. He is a member of various art colonies. Author of an array of exhibitions and projects (international projects: Leave a mark, Religion and Art, School’s out – Long Live the School, with regard to the death of Ray Johnson, The Friendship Line, Bruno Polazzi, Ruggero Maggi, “3+2”, Kum Nam Baik, Markus Steffen, Tim Scannell). He edited theLittle Galleries M and Galleries BB programmes of the Pribojska Banka dd in Priboj. Holds the Spirala gallery in Priboj. As a user of the Schlossberg – Stipendium for 2006, he lived and created art in KünstlerhausBöblingen, Germany.
